The Maryland Municipal League has just released a 30-second video public service announcement surrounding its awareness campaign entitled “Time to Talk, Maryland.” Building upon its initial PSA from 2016, this second PSA aims to further facilitate productive community-based dialogues on inclusivity in Maryland’s cities and towns in 2017.
