Backyard Buffer Tree Giveaway – Canceled

Unfortunately, the Backyard Buffer program has been canceled for this Spring.  The Maryland Forestry Program released the following statement:

Due to COVID-19 precautions and procedures recently put in place by Governor Hogan we are cancelling the Backyard Buffers Program for 2020. Although this is unfortunate it is necessary in order to comply with social distancing recommendations and the stay-at-home directive. 

Thank you for your interest in the program. We will be reaching out to you in the future for the 2021 Backyard Buffers Program.
