Berlin Utilities E-billing Registration

The Town of Berlin is pleased to offer the option to “go paperless” for utility billing. Please complete and submit the form below to register.

Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles following submission for e-billing to become fully effective; you may receive at least one bill statement both via email and the postal service until your request is finalized in our billing system.

For our customers with multiple accounts: You must submit an individual request for each account for which you desire to receive an e-bill; each individual bill will be sent in a separate email.

IMPORTANT: Your utility bill will be sent to the email address you have submitted above. If the Town becomes aware that the bill cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you by alternate email or phone as indicated above. You understand that, once this request is finalized in our billing system, and until such time as you request that ebilling be canceled for your account, you will no longer receive paper bills via the United States Postal Service.
You understand that the Town of Berlin is not responsible for emails that are captured by junk/spam filters, or that otherwise fail to be delivered when sent to the email address(es) indicated above.
You are responsible for payment of the utility bill by the due date regardless of the delivery status of the ebill.
If you do not receive the ebill as expected, you are responsible for contacting the Town of Berlin at 410-641-2770 to obtain information regarding the due date and amount owed.
