WESTMINSTER, ABBEY, AND UPSHUR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT UPGRADES TOWN OF BERLIN, MARYLAND

Electronic and/or sealed hard copy proposals will be received by the Mayor and Council of Berlin, Worcester County, Maryland, at the Berlin Visitor Center located at 14 S. Main Street, Berlin, Maryland 21811 until 1:30 p.m. on 26 August 2026 for the WESTMINSTER, ABBEY, AND UPSHUR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT UPGRADES.

Electric submissions are to be sent to mbohlen@berlinmd.gov, kdaub@berlinmd.gov, and info@berlinmd.gov. Hard copies are to be submitted at the Berlin Visitor Center located at 14 S. Main Street, Berlin, MD 21811. The bid opening will occur at 2:00pm on 26 August 2026 at the Berlin Police Station located at 129 Decatur Street, Berlin, MD 21811 where the proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud.

Potential bidders are encouraged to attend the non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting which will be held on 23 July 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Berlin Police Station located at 129 Decatur Street, Berlin, Maryland.
