STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSED SESSION, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b): (15): To discuss cybersecurity, if public discussion would pose a risk to: (i) security assessments or deployments related to information technology; (ii) network security information such as passwords, personal ID numbers, access codes, encryption, and vulnerability assessments; or (iii) the deployment or implementation of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.
