The Worcester County Arts Council’s Plein Air event brings talented artists from across the region who grace our streets, sidewalks, and green spaces, providing our Community and visitors with the unique experience of seeing our surroundings through their eyes while preserving the best aspects of our town and all of Worcester county. A “Wet Paint” exhibit and sale will be held at the Berlin Library Gallery on Friday, September 25 from 1 pm – 4 pm. The exhibit will continue through the month of October.
