BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MARYLAND

THE CONTINUING INVESTIGATION OF THE ELECTRIC FUEL RATE AND PURCHASED POWER COST ADJUSTMENT CHARGES OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC SYSTEM OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF BERLIN.

PUBLIC UTILITY LAW JUDGE’S NOTICE OF REVISED DATE FOR HEARING

An evidentiary hearing in the above-captioned matter will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Public Service Commission of Maryland’s 19th-floor hearing room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The hearing is a continuation of the one held in this matter on December 18, 2025, and supplemental evidence will be presented. The evidentiary hearing previously scheduled in the above-captioned matter for Monday, January 26, 2026, has been cancelled.
