During the Regular Session of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin on January 28, 2013, a Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of obtaining public input on Ordinance 2013-01 establishing a Stormwater Utility. Also to be discussed as part of the Regular Meeting of January 28th will be Resolution 2013-01 establishing a fee system for the Stormwater Utility.
