At their October 22nd meeting, the Mayor and Council were pleased to accept the Sustainable Maryland Certified Award from the Environmental Finance Center of the University of Maryland. This award was the result of more than a year’s work on the part of the Town, volunteers, organizations like Grow Berlin Green and more to meet the requirements of a Sustainable Community.
