Berlin officials want to urge all of our citizens and visitors to use extreme caution when out-and-about today. Be cautious when walking or driving on areas that appear snow-covered; in many places, a layer of ice is just beneath the snow. Extremely cold temperatures and high winds will cause melting snow and ice to re-freeze as the sun goes down. Please help by doing your part to clear snow and ice from the sidewalk in front of your property.
