BERLIN TOWN HALL TO ADJUST HOURS
Berlin, MD – Effective Tuesday, July 5, 2022, Berlin’s Town Hall will be open to the public from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, instead of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. “Staff have received requests from the public to open earlier than 8:30 AM and noticed that fewer customers come in or call between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.” Mayor Zack Tyndall said, “Based on the staff recommendation, it made sense to adjust the hours to meet the needs of our residents and improve the operations of our customer service department.”
Staff will continue to be available until 5:00 PM on disconnect days.
Mayor Tyndall also wanted to remind citizens and businesses that most Town offices will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Recycling collection normally scheduled for Monday will be collected on Tuesday, July 5th along with regular Tuesday collection.
