Planning Commission’s Review of the Comprehensive Plan
Berlin, MD – The Berlin Planning Commission has begun a review and update to the Berlin Comprehensive Plan and welcomes public participation and input. The Comprehensive Plan is a guidance document that informs decisions relating to future growth, land use, planning, and zoning. Members of the public are invited to attend the next public meeting of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers of Berlin Town Hall, 10 William Street.
It is anticipated that several future meetings will also be required, and the Planning Commission typically meets on the second Wednesday of each month. The Town’s Comprehensive Plan can be accessed on the Town website (berlinmd.gov) on the Planning Department page and the first selection of available resources. The public may email questions and input to Planning Director Dave Engelhart at [email protected].
