The Finance Department of the Town of Berlin is located in Town Hall, at 10 William Street. The Finance Department oversees all financial aspects of the Town; paying bills and receiving payments for utilities, business taxes*, fees, permits and other miscellaneous matters; budgeting and forecasting town finances; and imposing internal controls over purchasing and other financial matters.
*Real property taxes are billed and payable through Worcester County.
