Submission of an application to the Planning Commission does not automatically guarantee placement on a specific meeting agenda.
Upon receipt, all applications and supporting materials undergo an administrative and technical review to determine completeness and compliance with applicable Town Code requirements. This review ensures that:
- All required forms and supporting documents have been submitted,
- Applicable fees have been paid,
- Technical standards have been addressed, and
- Public notice requirements can be satisfied within required timeframes.
Only after an application has been determined complete by Town staff will it be placed on the agenda for the Planning Commission’s consideration. At that time, the applicant will be notified of the assigned meeting date.
